While Shango is in the stocks for his part in the attempt to rescue Kuta, Shola comes to him with a food and a lecture about how he should act right.  This is his response.

Take you and go which part; which part you want to take you
    go.

Shola why you can't be like one of we, eh?
Why you can't crawl on your belly like a snake
    through the trees; through the grass.
One of dem [these] days the hole uh we gwine [going to have
     to] eat frog.
Yeah that is the only way we all get to freedom. 
The whole uh we gwine [going] have to eat frog. 
You know the snake will eat whatever is in he frog's belly.
